Description : Summons a pillar of flame on a targeted location that flares when triggered, inflicting piercing Fire property magic damage each hit to all enemies within its area of effect.
It will vanish itself if they were not used for 30s.
Up to 5 can be installed, each cast consumes a Blue Gemstone if Level 6 or higher is cast.
It can't be installed if there are enemies or allies in 3*3 cells.
