Description : Attempt to forcibly strip the equipped weapon off a single target and prevents it to equip any weapon temporarily.
Against monsters, this will decrease their ATK by 25% temporarily.
Both Base Chance and Base Duration are affected by the difference between both the user's and target's DEX. (Chance, Duration).
