Matk + 20 per 2 refine rate.
If refine rate is 7 or higher, reduce variable casting time by 10%.
If refine rate is 9 or higher, increase neutral and shadow property magic damage by 10%.
If refine rate is 11 or higher, increase water, wind, earth and fire property magic damage by 10%.
Each refine rate above 10 will reduce fixed casting time by 0.1 second (up to 15).
When equipped with Mental Stick, increase Psychic Wave damage by 5% every 2 refine rate of Mental Stick.
When equipped with Kronos, increase Hell Inferno damage by 10% every 2 refine rate of Kronos.
When equipped with Mikatsuki or Raksasa Dagger, reduce variable casting time as percent equal to refine rate of Mikatsuki or Raksasa Dagger.
every 2 refine rate of Mikatsuki or Raksasa Dagger increase Flaming Petals, Freezing Spear and Wind Blade damage by 5%.
