When equipped with Vivatus Fides Dark Wand, reduces skill cooldown of Evil Spirit's Curse by 2 seconds,
increases Curse Explosion damage by 5% and Exorcism of Malicious Soul damage by 7% per 3 refine rate of weapon,
if grade of weapon is C or higher, increases Exorcism of Malicious Soul damage by additional 15%.
