increases Soul Vulcan Strike damage by 45%,
increases ghost property magical damage by 30%,
increases wind and fire property magical damage by 10%,

if grade of Dimensions Arch Staff and Time Dimensions Rune Crown (Arch Mage) is A or higher,
increases Soul Vulcan Strike damage by additional percentage equal to the sum of refine rate of set,
when using Crimson Arrow, auto-cast Storm Cannon at the maximum level the user has learned (the user must have learned Storm Cannon at level 1 or higher for auto-casting).
